Most of my dishes are saltless (no added salt), sugarless (no added sugar), hearth-healthy, diabetic friendly, memory booster, brain food, anti-cancer dishes, meals that aim to end or reverse heart disease, dishes that focus to reverse type 2 diabetes or end diabetes or diabetes remission, nutritarian lifestyle and “nutritarian” dishes. Dr. Fuhrman coined the term “Nutritarian” to describe his longevity-promoting, nutrient dense, plant-rich eating style. For over 30 years, Dr. Fuhrman has shown that it is possible to achieve sustainable weight loss and reverse heart disease, diabetes and many other illnesses using smart nutrition. I also follow the health advice from my favourite author, Jessie Inchauspé, the Glucose Goddess and another favourite author, Nicolette Richer, author of Eat To Heal.
